Water Challenge – Drink Up!
For two weeks, challenge yourself to drink 1 ounce of water per pound of body weight. This means, if you weigh 140 pounds, you’re drinking 140 ounces of water. Don’t think it’s possible to drink that much? Trust me, it is. The BPC coaches have been doing it for years, ensuring they are hydrated and ready for every training session. Give it a go yourself with these handy tricks:
Tip #1: Spread it out.
Throughout the day, drink equally. No matter what bottle you are using, handy marks on the bottle can keep you on track. Hold yourself accountable, catch up when you fall behind, and make it a priority.

Tip #2: If you feel dehydrated, it’s already too late.
By the time you feel thirsty, whether its on a ride or just sitting at work, you are already dehydrated. That’s why we spread our water intake out over the course of the day.

Tip #3: Substitute all your soda with water.
You know we don’t like soda to begin with, so make sure you’re substituting all your soda with water. Cut it out, completely!
