This plan is for the athlete who needs everything from the breakaway level program with even more contact and attention to detail with their coach. This program is intended for athletes targeting National and World Championship level competitions.


Along with the same individualized daily training program from the breakaway level, the podium level program will now include daily feedback from the coach in additon to the daily feedback from the athlete to even greater improve athlete communication with the coach. Podium also sees an increase of the of ride/powerfile reviews by the coach.


Athletes leave feedback daily for the coach to review on a weekly basis. This allows the coach to catch problems with an athletes training every week block and make schedule adjustments weekly for the athlete as well. Ride/powerfile review will be conducted at the 2x block to keep more up to date with an athlete’s progress.


Training plans at the podium level are shared between the coach and athlete via a Trainingpeaks basic account. Powermeters at this level are required for the primary training/race bike. This works best for training file review when used with a Bluetooth smart phone and Garmin Edge 510/810 or higher for automatic uploads to Trainingpeaks.


Pick this level of coaching if you need to be held even more accountable for your training on a weekly and data tracking is now crucial to your increased performance. The podium coaching level is prefect if having a coach regularly reviewing powerfiles and updating your training is what you need to get to the next level.
